The Lucky Man!

Lucky!
I have lived with Labs my entire life growing up. I moved in with my boyfriend about two years ago and he and his mother owned a 10 year old basset hound. I immediately fell in love.
My boyfriend's mother grew very sick and unfortunately passed. Since then, we were left with this amazing dog she raised.
He is always hungry and drools everywhere! I never thought I would have this breed and they are definitely much different than Labs. His long ears get so dirty but it just adds to his personality. He is the most loving dog and the best at cuddling.
After having Lucky I don't think I could ever get anything but a basset. My favorite is how everything he is thinking no matter what, comes through in his eyes. I know when he's hungry, tired, sick, or wants to go out.
I suggest a basset to any true dog lover!!!!
