People in the United States will be getting together with family and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving. We think and talk about the things that make us all grateful and celebrate with a big feast. It's also my favorite holiday! Here are three reasons why I'm grateful for my Basset Hound, Hunter. 1. His antics make me laugh out loud. He really is a silly character. If you have a Basset Hound, then I'm sure you know what I mean. I love to laugh. 2. He gets me out for a daily walk which we both enjoy. If not for him, I would never go for a walk. 3. He's been an awesome member of my family for almost 10 years. He's loyal and affectionate (when he wants to be) even though he usually pretends to be aloof (LOL). Here's a photo of him engaging in one of his favorite activities... sleeping... with his ear over his eye (LOL again).
