My Basset Hound Photo Book

1. A Personalized Basset Hound Photo Book
My husband and I have taken a lot of digital photos of our Basset Hound, Hunter. After all, he is part of the family. One year for my birthday, my husband gave me a book containing a collection of the best photos of Hunter. It's a hard covered book and printed on each page is one or more photos of him.

When I opened the gift and flipped through the pages, I was so surprised!

A photo book is so much nicer than a photo album because:

the photos don't fade and fall out
it's not bulky
and best of all it's easier to create

You can easily organize and share your favorite photos with others and add captions to tell a story.

As a matter of fact since my husband was able to create this photo book with such ease, he continued on to create a second one featuring our recent vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. So I ended up receiving two photo books for my birthday. And I was finally able to cross this item off of my to do list... make 2006 vacation photo album.

2. Maggie's Way: Observations From Below Your Knees by Bill Stanton
Are you short on time? Don't despair! As an alternative, I highly recommend Maggie's Way by Bill Stanton who is a professional photographer. This Basset Hound photo book does not disappoint! It's the philosophy of life from the perspective of his Basset Hound named Maggie and it's hilarious.

3. Basset Hound Calendar
A calendar with a different Basset Hound picture or photo for each month makes a great year end holiday gift or a surprise New Years gift. It's simple, inexpensive, and easy to purchase at a local mall or online.

I get a new calendar every year from my husband and I hang it on my refrigerator. I enjoy flipping the page at the beginning of each month to see a new photo of one or more Basset Hounds. It's simple, but I certainly do enjoy it.
